Neil Tolkin is a Canadian screen writer from Montreal.[1] He attended Westmount High School and Dawson College and McGill University.[1]

Career

He worked on comedies including License to Drive, Ri¢hie Ri¢h and Jury Duty as well as Sticks and Stones which he also directed.

He wrote the screenplay for the film, the The Emperor's Club in 2002.[1]
