Neil Cochran (born 12 April 1965 in Torphins, Aberdeenshire) is a retired medley and freestyle swimmer from Scotland, who won two bronze medals for Great Britain at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. He did so in the 200 m individual medley, and in the 4×200 m freestyle relay, alongside Paul Easter, Paul Howe, and Andrew Astbury.
