Nawa Raj Subba is a poet, lyricist and writer.[1] He was born on October 1, 1961 in Hangpang Taplejung Nepal. One of his academic qualifications is Master in Nepali literature. He has written poems, lyrics and essays with patriotic and humanitarian feelings in Nepali language.[2] He wrote mainly on the theme of national integrity, social inclusion and development. Meaningful text with sweet and simple language is one of characteristics of his creation.[3] Despite having long course in writing he became well-known only when he won first prize in the First online webcam world poem competition in 2008 from Nepal.[4]
Education and Occupation
Subba has studied literature and social science in Tribhuvan University. His occupational subject was Master of Public Health and worked for three decades in Public Health area. He is also a PhD scholar of Health Psychology and has published articles in scientific journals also.[5]
