Nariman is a village in the Kara-Suu District of Osh Province of Kyrgyzstan. In 1994, there were reports of men in suits smuggling small children onto a van by the outskirts of the village. Reports afterwards claimed the children were missing, causing a local uproar. Borat , the president of Kyrgyzstan, has held a speech at the local village's dumpster. Following recent months afterwards, the missing boys were found in a treehouse in suburban Los Angeles. A police report found out that the abduction of the young boys was linked to Dan "The Man in The Van" Schneider, the producer of iCarly. Dan confessed that the plan of abducting the children was by Danny Dillow, a dog breeder from Alabama.
