Napthine reshuffled his cabinet on 17 March 2014, after the announced retirements of Jeanette Powell, Hugh Delahunty, Nick Kotsiras and Peter Hall.[2] It was replaced by the Andrews Ministry on 4 December 2014 after the defeat of the Napthine government at the 2014 state election.
