Naoussa F.C. or F.A.S. Naoussa (Greek: Φ.Α.Σ. Νάουσα) is a Greek semi-professional football club based in Naousa, Imathia, which participates in the A1 EPS Imathia, the fourth tier of Greek football. In the past FAS Naoussa was a fully professional side, as it participated even in the τop flight of the Greek football pyramid once.
History
The club was established on 5 August 1962 as product of the merger between Olympiakos Naoussa and Pannaoussaikos.[1] Naoussa has spent one season in the first tier and 24 seasons in the second tier of Greek football.[2]
Naoussa played its only season in the Alpha Ethniki in 1993-94, finishing in last place.[3]
