Nakur (Assembly constituency)
Nakur assembly constituency is one of the 403 constituencies of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, India. It is a part of the Saharanpur district and one of seven assembly constituencies in Saharanpur (Lok Sabha constituency). Since 2008, this assembly constituency is numbered 2 amongst 403 constituencies. Prior to 2008, when the "Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 2008" came into effect, this constituency was numbered 397.[1]

- ^ Till 1957, Nakur assembly constituency was split in two parts, viz. Saharanpur North West (Nakur North) and Nakur South. Mohd. Ali Khan and Dsata Ram (both from Indian National Congress) were elected as MLAs from Nakur North and Nakur South respectively.
