Nadigudem is a village and Gram panchayat of Nalgonda mandal, Nalgonda district, in Telangana state.^[1]

It is a mandal serving the facilities of surrounding villages like karivirala,Ramachandrapuram, Sigaram, Tellabelli, Brundavana puram, Siripuram, Chanupalli, Sree Ranga Puram, Ratnavaram, Raama puram, Chaakirala. etc..It also consists of a Huge fort, it belonged to the erstwhile Zameendar,Raja bahadur Naayani Venkata Ranga Rao,and recently govt of A.P has taken over this fort.
