The National Basketball Association Development League All-Star Game Most Valuable Player (MVP) is an annual NBA Development League (NBADL) award given since the 2006–07 NBA Development League season. The award is given to the most valuable player of each NBA Development League All-Star Game.

Pops Mensah-Bonsu was the first person to receive this award.[1]
Blake Ahearn, along with Courtney Sims, were co-MVPs of the 2009 NBA D-League All-Star game.[2]
