N'Golo Kanté (born 29 March 1991 in Baie-Mahault, France) is a French footballer from Malian descent who currently plays for French side SM Caen. He plays as center midfielder.[1]
Club career
Kanté is a youth exponent from US Boulogne. He made his Ligue 2 debut on 18 May 2012 in a 1-2 home defeat against A.S. Monaco.[2] During the 2012/13, he played with Boulogne in the Championnat National, the third tier in French football. In 2013 he joined Ligue 2-side SM Caen. He played 38 games during the 2013/14 campaign. Caen finished third in Ligue 2, which rewarded them promotion to Ligue 1.
