Néstor Oswaldo Mora Zárate (September 20, 1963 – February 20, 1995) was a racing cyclist from Colombia, who represented his native country in the men's individual road race at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
Mora was born in Bogotá. He was a professional from 1985 to 1995, claiming three victories in that period. He died in 1995, aged 31, when he was hit by a truck in Manizales while training.
