Myrmecia inquilina is a species of insect in family Formicidae. It is endemic to Australia. It belongs to the Myrmecia genus, and was described in 1959. The ant is considered vulnerable according to the IUCN Red List.[1]
The first Myrmecia inquilina ants to be discovered were found near Wagin by Athol Douglas and William L. Brown.[2]
