Murat Ülker (born 1955) is a Turkish businessman, chairman of Ülker and Yıldız Holding, Turkey's largest food producer.
Early life
Murat Ülker was born in 1959,[1] the son of the late Sabri Ülker (died 12 June 2012, aged 92).[2] He is a graduate of Boğaziçi University.[1] Ülker, a Turkish manufacturer of biscuits, crackers, and chocolates, was founded in 1944 by his father Sabri Ülker and his uncle Asim Ülker.

According to Forbes, Ülker has a net worth of $4.0 billion, as of January 2015.[1]
Personal life
He is married with three children and lives in Istanbul.[1]
