Mukundpur

Mukundpur is a town in Amarpatan tehsil, Satna District, Madhya Pradesh state, India. It is the birthplace of Akbar II

It belongs to Rewa Division. It is located 51 kilometres to the east of the district capital, Satna, 32 kilometres from Amarpatan. and 478 kilometres from the state capital, Bhopal.
