Mudhole Assembly constituency is a constituency of Telangana Legislative Assembly, India. It is one of 10 constituencies in Adilabad district. It comes under Adilabad (Lok Sabha constituency) along with 6 other Assembly constituencies. The MLA of Mudhole is Dr. S. Venugopala Chary from the TDP(Telugu Desam Party)
It is very near to the Basar Saraswati Temple located in Adilabad dist.
In Mudhole Brahman wada is very famous for Ram Mandir, Mr. Laxmi Kanth Rao Dseshmukh worked as Patvaari for long time.
