Mount Hercules

Mount Hercules (77°29′S 161°26′E / 77.483°S 161.433°E / -77.483; 161.433Coordinates: 77°29′S 161°26′E / 77.483°S 161.433°E / -77.483; 161.433) is a large, flat-topped, elevated feature between Mount Aeolus and Mount Jason in the Olympus Range of Victoria Land, Antarctica. It was named by the Victoria University of Wellington Antarctic Expedition (1958–59) for Hercules, a figure in Greek mythology.^[1]
