Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Russian: Московский государственный технический университет радиотехники, электроники и автоматики, romanised: Moskóvskiy Gosudárstvennyy Institut Radiotekhniki, Elektroniki i Avtomatiki, often abbreviated MIREA) is a Russian technical university in the field of radio technology, electronics, cybernetics and automation.
History
MIREA was established in 1947 for extramural energetic engineers education. In 1967 it was transformed to a regular university. New buildings for the university were built in the south-west part of Moscow in 1976-1989. MIREA gained technical university status in 1993. In 2007 first bachelor and master programs were introduced.

Depending on program upon graduation students can earn Bachelor's degree, specialist degree or Master's degree.
