Morville-sur-Andelle is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France.

Geography

A small farming village situated by the banks of the river Andelle in the Pays de Bray, some 15 miles (24 km) east of Rouen at the junction of the D62 and the D238 roads.
