Morrison Ranch, Agoura Hills, California
Morrison Ranch is a residential district of the city of Agoura Hills, located in the Simi Hills of Los Angeles County, southern California. The neighborhood was developed in the 1980s.
Morrison Ranch is made up mostly of upper-middle class detached homes along Agoura Hills' north side. It is tranquil and relatively removed from the hubbub of Downtown.
While the area would be considered wealthy by many standards, ostentatious displays of wealth are unappreciated, and as a result the area retains a relatively modest, well-kept look, distinguishing it from the nearby Morrison Highlands district.
