Moriwaki (full company name Moriwaki Engineering Co.,Ltd) is a Japanese company which produces among other things chassis and other parts for motorcycles.[1]

For the 2010 Motorcycle world championship Moriwaki have built a motorbike for the newly established Moto2 class which replaced the 250cc class. Toni Elias has won 7 races with the bike so far and secured the championship with a fourth place at the Malaysia round.
