Moras Ferme Aerodrome, was a temporary World War I airfield in France. It was 1.9 miles (3.1 km) East of the commune of La Ferté-sous-Jouarre, in the Île-de-France region in north-central France.

Overview

The airfield was a temporary facility, likely consisting of no more than a few tents that was established as a forward operations airfield by the I Corps Observation Group during the Aisne-Marne Offensive Campaign during late July 1918. Two of the group's squadrons, the 1st and 12th Aero Squadrons operated from the field until moving out at the beginning of August to May-en-Multien Aerodrome.

After the brief use by the Americans, it was turned over to the French and it's subsequent history is undermined. After the armistice, the airfield was returned to agricultural use. Today it is a series of cultivated fields located south of Sermoise-sur-loise. The airfield was located to the east of the Route nationale 7 (N7), with no indications of its wartime use.
