History
The DeWitt Manufacture was founded in 2003 by Jérôme de Witt, a direct descendant of emperors and kings in Europe, including such illustrious ancestors as the Emperor Napoléon and King Jerome of Westphalia, with the closest relative being King Léopold II of Belgium, his great-grandfather.
More than 400 timepiece models and dozens of patents have been created in 11 years.
The family-run business is headed by Jérôme de Witt, the founder of the Manufacture, and his wife, Viviane de Witt, CEO.
The DeWitt Museum
Located at the company headquarters, it displays one of the world’s largest collections of tools with over 250 objects, the DeWitt Museum retraces almost three centuries of hand-crafted watchmaking.
