Monticello High School (Utah)

They won their first Football State Championship in 1969. They also won the 1A Football State Championship in 1992, 2001, and 2004, defeating the Rich Rebels in all three meetings. They have also won 2 state Championships in Basketball. One in 1994 as a 2A school and one in 2014 as a 1A school. They have won 9 State Wrestling Championships, 1973-1978, 1986, 2009 and 2014.
