Mondo Records is one of the UK's premier dance labels specializing in house, trance and progressive house. Over the last few years our goal has been to release the most exciting, passionate and original new music while helping to develop and showcase up-and-coming artist and production talent from around the world.
Mondo has unquestionably become one of the most influential and pioneering record labels in the electronic music scene. A name that’s synonymous for its quality of artists and productions, Mondo first came to light in 2001 and immediately took the dance fraternity by storm. Delivering time and time again iconic club moments the label continued to stamp its mark firmly on the global club scene with club smashes such as “DT8 Project - The Sun Is Shining (Down On Me)”, “Darren Tate vs Jono Grant - Let The Light Shine In”, “Corderoy - Drifting”, “The Green Martian – Ladies & Gentlemen”, “Flash Brothers – Faith In Love” and hundreds more.
One of Mondo's key goals and visions is discovering and nurturing new and aspiring talent that is emerging into the scene. The label has helped pave the way for new artists with its open approach to A&Ring, helping to establish talents such as Zirenz, The Young Punx, Steve Anderson (AB Project), The Flash Brothers, DT8, Corderoy and many others.[1]
