Mohammad Tamim Nuristani (Pashto: محمد تمیم نورستاني) is a businessman and politician from Nuristan Province of Afghanistan.[1] Mohammad Tamin is the current governor of Nuristan Province.[2]
Nuristani studied in Germany and later worked in the restaurant business in Brooklyn and California.[1] He left his family in the United States after the 9/11 attacks. He is a member of the Kata tribe.
