Miusynsk (Ukrainian: Міусинськ, Russian: Миусинск) is a city in Luhansk Oblast (province) of Ukraine. Population is 6,029 (2001).
Starting Mid-April 2014 pro-Russian separatists captured several towns in Donetsk Oblast;[1][2] including Miusynsk.[3] On 9 August 2014, Ukrainian forces reportedly secured the city from the pro-Russian separatists.[4]
