Mitchell County High School is a four-year secondary school located in Camilla, Georgia. It is a part of the Mitchell County School District. The school educates students in grades 9–12.

Academics
Mitchell County High offers a curriculum that includes College Prep Courses, AP Courses, and SWGTC courses, which allow students to earn college credit while working on their high school diploma.
Vocational classes include Agricultural classes, Business Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, Healthcare Sciences, and JROTC.
MCHS also has a Fine Arts department, which includes Band and Chorus.
School stadium
Centennial Stadium is used by four schools in Mitchell County: Mitchell County Middle Schools, Mitchell County High School, Baconton Charter Community Schools and Westwood Schools. The stadium is located at Stadium Drive, south of Camilla.
Home games for high school are played Friday nights, the middle school and most junior varsity games are played Thursdays, Baconton Charter occupies on Thursdays, and Westwood on Thursdays.
