Miss Venezuela 1970 was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 1, 1970. The winner of the pageant was Bella La Rosa, Miss Carabobo, who entered the contest by chance because her twin sister Linda La Rosa, who was originally competing, had to quit after having a horse fall.
The pageant was broadcast on RCTV from the Teatro Nacional in Caracas, Venezuela. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Marcia Piazza, crowned Bella La Rosa of Carabobo as the new Miss Venezuela.
