The following is similar to an Olympic medal table, that includes every country and territory that has placed in the Miss Universe pageant, based on all results from the first edition in 1952 to the most recent competition in 2014. Note that, from 1990 to 2000, there was only a Top 3 with the third and fourth runners-up positions eliminated.
