The Miss Perú 1981 pageant was held on June 27, 1981. That year, 19 candidates were competing for the national crown. The chosen winner
represented Peru at the Miss Universe 1981 and Miss World 1981.[1] The rest of the finalists would enter in different

- 8 Years Later, Lucilla Boggiano would crowned Mrs. Peru 1989 and became the first and only Peruvian to win Mrs. World Pageant that same year.
- Former Miss Peru and coming in 10th place in the Miss Universe Pageant in 1978. Olga Zumaran entered several beauty contests, she was crowned Miss World Peru 1981 and Mrs. Peru 2009, becoming one of the Best Peruvian actress and former fashion model.
