Miss Kazakhstan (Kazakh: Мисс Қазақстан) is a beauty contest that chooses women to represent the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan at Miss World and Miss Universe.
History
Miss Kazakhstan pageant was founded in 1997 by Agency San Bell, and the pageant has now become a major annual event in the cultural life of the country. The competition is traditionally held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Kazakhstan.

Since 2006 the winner of Miss Kazakhstan might compete at the Miss Universe pageant. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent. In 2010 Due to lack franchise of Miss Universe support, Miss Universe representative from Kazakhstan selected from casting.
