Miss Earth Côte d'Ivoire is a national beauty pageant for young Ivorian in Ivory Coast. The pageant was founded in 2013 and nowadays, its winner goes to Miss Earth. This pageant is not related to Miss Cote d'Ivoire and Miss District Cote d'Ivoire.

History

Côte d'Ivoire is the first francophone West African country to host the third international competition in the beauty world: Miss Earth. This beauty pageant aims to promote environmental awareness to. The peculiarity of this contest is that it is part of a logic that sums up in its slogan:Beauties for a cause. Miss Earth CI actively working towards sustainable development. All participants in this contest are involved in humanitarian and environmental causes. The contest winner is involved in international projects that are promoted during the event.

Thus, more than just a beauty pageant, Miss Earth works in the sense of well-being of communities.[1]

The winner of Miss Earth Cote d'Ivoire represents her country at Miss Earth. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.
