Ministry of Employment and Social Security (Spain)
The Ministry of Labor and Immigration is the ministerial department of the Government of Spain created by the Royal Decree of May 8, 1920 which manages the policies of the Government related to Labor relations, employment immigration and emigration, as well as the organization of the Social Security in Spain.
Organization
Depending from the Minister there exists the following units:
- The Undersecretariat (The unit in charge of coordinating the entire department, as well as preparing documentation for Cabinet debates.)
- The Secretariat of State of Social Security in Spain.
- The Secretariat of State of Emigration and Immigration.
