The Minister of Water Resources is the head of the Ministry of Water Resources and one of the cabinet ministers of the Government of India. The current Minister is Uma Bharti, who took charge on 26 May 2014.[1] The Minister of State (Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation) is Prof. Sanwar Lal Jat. [2]
