Minister of State for Food, Horticulture and Food Safety

The Minister of State for Food, Horticulture and Food Safety is a junior ministerial post in the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of the Government of Ireland. From 1993 to 2011, the office was titled Minister of State for Food and Horticulture.

The Minister works together with the senior Minister in this department and has special responsibility for all affairs in relation to food, horticulture and food safety. The Minister of State does not hold cabinet rank.
