Milíčov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪliːtʃof]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.53 square kilometres (2.52 sq mi), and has a population of 125 (as at 3 July 2006).
Milíčov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Jihlava and 104 km (65 mi) south-east of Prague.
