Michael William Morin (born May 3, 1991) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim of Major League Baseball (MLB).
Career
Morin was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 40th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft out of Shawnee Mission South High School in Overland Park, Kansas. He did not sign and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2012 he was named an All-American by Baseball America.[1] He was then drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the 13th round of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft.[2]
Morin was called up to the majors for the first time on April 27, 2014.[3]
