Mike Benevides (born May 3, 1968) is a former head coach for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League. He was released by the Lions on November 20, 2014.[1] He was formerly the Lions' defensive coordinator and linebackers coach from 2008 to 2011 and the team's special teams coach from 2003 to 2007. He also served as the special teams coordinator for the Calgary Stampeders from 2000 to 2002.[2] He attended York University.
