Miguel Ángel García Domínguez (20 December 1931 – 27 June 2014) was a Mexican lawyer and politician affiliated to the Party of the Democratic Revolution. As of 2014 he served as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District.[1][2]
Dr. García-Domínguez Miguelangel was Federal MP for the 2nd distric in the Gustavo A. Madero in Mexico City, for the Party of the Democratic Revolution; He was born in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato,on December 20, 1931.He attended elementary and high school in his hometown; the baccalaureate in the University of Guanajuato.In the National Autonomous University of Mexico he studied law degree, specializing in Public Finance, the master's and doctorate in law; having obtained a doctorate in Law with honors.He teached as opposed Tax Law, Faculty of Law the National Autonomous University of Mexico.For three years he was Director of Tax Law Seminar. He was Professor of Local and Municipal Tax Legislation; Right Criminal Attorney and General Theory of Contributions, Division of Graduate Studies, Faculty of Law, National Autonomous University of Mexico.At the University of Guanajuato he teached General Theory of Contributions, Contributions to Private and Procedural Law Attorney and the "Workshop on Adversarial Criminal Process in Latin America.", "Diagnostics Mexican Criminal Process ". At the National Institute of Criminal Sciences, gave Crimes Prosecutors.
