The Midlands Regional Alliance is a football competition based in England. This league has a total of three divisions, of which the highest, the Premier Division, sits at level 12 of the English football league system. This league is a feeder to the Central Midlands League North/South Divisions. It is distinct from the Midland Football Alliance.
