Michael "Mick"/"Mike" Crane is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s and '80s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, and at club level for Hull (three times), Leeds and Hull Kingston Rovers, as a Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 13.[1]
Crane commenced playing for Hull F.C. in 1970. In December 1977 he moved to Leeds. Crane played Loose forward/Lock in Leeds' 14-12 victory over St. Helens in the 1977-78 Challenge Cup final at Wembley Stadium on 13 May 1978. In November 1979 he moved to Hull Kingston Rovers.
Crane won a cap for Great Britain while at Hull in the 8-32 defeat by Australia at Headingley on 28 November 1982.[2]
