Michael James "Mike" Efevberha (born August 22, 1984) is a Nigerian-American professional basketball player who currently plays for Sichuan Blue Whales of Chinese Basketball Association. He is a 6'4", 195 lb guard. He played his college basketball at the University of California, Irvine (2002–2004), and then at California State University, Northridge (2005–2006).
Efevberha has played for the Wellington Saints in the NZNBL, where he was named to the All-Star five and was the league's leading scorer (27.8ppg).[1] He has also played with the Nigeria national basketball team in international competition. He represented Nigeria at the 2009 African Championship as the captain and leading scorer averaging 17.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.[2]
