The song became Ace's only top 40 single, reaching No. 14 on the Billboard Hot 100 and spending 24 weeks on the chart. In addition, the song earned a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America and reached No. 99 on the Billboard Year-End Hot 100 singles of 1990.[1] The song is in Spanglish.
