Menomonee Falls High School is a four-year public high school located in the village of Menomonee Falls in Waukesha County, Wisconsin in the United States. The school was constructed in 1969 when two high schools were needed to serve the growing population. The original high school was known as Menomonee Falls North and the new school was known as Menomonee Falls East. They went back to one high school in the beginning of the 1983–84 school year, with Menomonee Falls North High School becoming Menomonee Falls North Middle School.

In 2010, the freshman class was re-instituted as part of the high school instead of the Junior High. As part of the conversion process a referendum was passed in the village to update and expand the current facilities. The renovations were performed by CG Schmidt.^[3] Updates included a new gym, as well as administration and science wings totaling 71,600 square feet.^[4]

The high school mascot is currently the Indians and has been associated with secondary schools in Menomonee Falls since 1892. Menomonee Falls North's previous school colors were purple and white, the yearbook was known as the Periscope and the school newspaper was the Chieftain. Menomonee Falls East's previous school colors were blue and gold and their mascot was the Titans. Current school colors are burgundy and gray, newspaper Smoke Signals and yearbook Chieftain.

Notable alumni are Andy Hurley of the band Fall Out Boy and Jessica Szohr, who is most known for playing Vanessa Abrams in The CW's Gossip Girl. Brett Hartmann, a punter for the Houston Texans, also attended the school. Kyle French is the current starting kicker for the Wisconsin Badgers football team. J. P. Tokoto is the second student in school history to be offered Division I basketball scholarship. He currently plays for the University of North Carolina.^[5]

Menomonee Falls High School was awarded the National High School Sport Safety and Security Facility of Merit Award for the ability to perform above and beyond normal operations, and demonstrate an innovative approach to enhancing safety and security.^[6]
