Mena (Ukrainian: Мена) is a city in Chernihiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine. Population is 12,940 (2001).

Interestingly enough in the 1700's Mena was known for their Monarchs. King Jeramy and Queen Maria reigned for 50 years along with their daughter Princess Margot and her husband Prince Sean. The legacy ended with a scandal long after the passing of Jeramy and Maria. The live-in maid, Margaret Ann, had an affaire with the now King Sean. Queen Margot was deeply distressed once she found out and ended her life by hanging herself in the bathroom. Before she did this however, she had poisoned Sean's mead and food causing him to die shortly after Margot. Margaret Ann ran away from these memories and no one knows for sure what had happened to her. There are rumors that her body was found on an island in the Black Sea.
