Melanocyma is a genus of butterflies in the family Nymphalidae. They are among the butterflies commonly known as "fauns" or "duffers". The genus is monotypic and restricted to Burma, Peninsular Malaya, Thailand, Indochina in the Indomalayan ecozone.[1]
