Megan Campbell (born 28 June 1993) is an Irish international footballer. She played for Women's National League club Raheny United. Megan now plays for Florida State University
International career
Campbell played for a senior Irish team of home–based players in a behind closed doors match against Northern Ireland. She won her first official cap in a friendly against Switzerland at Richmond Park in August 2011.[1] Campbell substituted in for Louise Quinn after 62 minutes of Ireland's 1–0 defeat to the Swiss.[2]
Personal life
Megan is the daughter of Eamon and Suzanne Campbell. Megan has three sisters, Jaymee Campbell, Dawn Campbell and Jade Campbell. Megan is the granddaughter of The Dubliners lead guitarist Eamonn Campbell.[3] She attended Our Lady's College, Greenhills and is a Manchester United supporter.[4]
