- Mediolanum Santonum, modern Saintes in France.
- Mediolanum Aulercorum, modern Évreux, France.
- Mediolanum, now Whitchurch, England.
- Mediolanum, another British site placed by Ptolemy in central Wales and sometimes identified with Meifod, Llanfyllin or Caersws
