Ruth Goodman (born 1961) is an American writer of 20 romance novels, writing as Meagan McKinney.
Biography
Ruth Leslie Goodman was born in 1961. She studied Biology at University, and she worked for several years as a biologist, before starting to write professionally. She is divorced and resides with her two children in New Orleans, Louisiana. In November 2010, Goodman plead guilty to defrauding FEMA in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.[1][2] She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.[3]
