Mbwana Aly Samatta (born 7 January 1992 or 13 December 1992[1]) is a Tanzanian footballer. He is playing for the TP Mazembe in Linafoot as a striker. He is a member of Tanzania national football team, played at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualification and scored two goals.
Samatta is well known in Lubumbashi for his six goals which he scored during the last campaign of CAF Champions League. He scored against Al Ahly, Zamalek, Berekum Chelsea, Power Dynamos, and Al-Merrikh.
